1. There are other ways of seeing the world. There is the way I see the world and the way Corban sees the world. He reminds me constantly that there are other ways of looking at things.
2. Find a tool that works. If we face a situation that’s new or unfamiliar, we can employ the tools in our toolboxes. When a tool doesn’t work or isn’t right for the job, it’s time to find a new or different tool.
3. There’s a lot to be thankful for. It’s the old half-full and half-empty argument. Will we be defined by lack, limitation, and expectations (our own or others’), or will we focus on gratitude and appreciation?
4. Let’s see… What if… If we’re in uncharted waters we need to stop, take a breath, and be willing to try something new. Life can be an adventure.
